  WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING IF YOU HAVE A LOWER END VEHICLE OR YOUR A MINORITY PLEASE READ !!! OFFICER MURPHY OF GPD IS DRIVING UP AND DOWN THE 45 WITH FALSE SUSPICION OF DRIVERS NOT HAVING INSURANCE. THE TARGETS ARE MINORITIES AND LOWER END VEHICLES. MURPHY PULLED ME OVER. HE APPROCHED MY VEHICLE BY WALKING EXTREMELY SLOW WHILE HIS HAND WAS ON HIS GUN. I AM WATCHING THIS THOROUGH THE REVIEW MIRROR WITH MY VEHICLE OFF AND MY EMERGENCY BLINKERS ON NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS GUY. KEEP IN MIND I WORK IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND I AM CURRENTLY IN THE MILITARY. MURPHY STOOD AT MY BACK WINDOW FOR A SECOND AND THEN CONTINUED TO APPROACH MY WINDOW. I AM ALSO A BLACK MALE. OFFICER MURPHY CLAIMED THAT I DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE AND THAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE STOP. IVE ALWAYS HAD INSURANCE ON MY VEHICLE. I PROVIDED HIM THAT PROOF THIKING THAT I SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO AFTER HE LOOKS OVER IT. MURPHY HANDS BACK TO ME MY PROOF OF INSURANCE AND THEN BEGANS ASKING ME QUESTIONS. WHERE DO YOU LIVE , WHERE ARE YOU GOING , WHERE DO YOU WORK , WHO DO YOU WORK FOR. NOW WHAT DOES THIS MATTER ? AFTER ANSWERING ALL OF THOSE QUESTIONS IN WHICH I SHOULD HAVE NOT. HE STANDS AT MY WINDOW FOR A SECOND NOT SAYING ANYTHING. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS GUY IS THINKING. ITS JUST ME IN MY VEHICLE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH THIS WHITE COP WHO HAS MADE UP A REASON TO PULL OVER A BLACK MALE. I KNOW THAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR MORE BUT WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I AM YOUNG BALCK MALE THAT HAS HIS HEAD ON STRAIGHT. I FEEL FOR THE FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN DELT WRONG BY POLICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR YOU. POLICE LIKE THIS AND ALL OF THE OTHER BAD SEEDS DO NOT NEED TO BE EMPLOYED IN THIS POSITION.

  Galveston police department is extremely racist. Officer T. McMillan badge number 550 was very nasty and racist today. While explaining a situation to him in a respectable minor, he told me to "shut the hell up" but not the other gentlemen. You are suppose to serve and be respectful to all the people not just the people of your same skin color. If you have to be nasty toward an African American woman when asking a question, this is not the job for you. As a public worker you serve all races not just your color.

  Tonight I stood by and watched Officer Villarreal ( a short motorcycle cop that wears glasses) do absolutely nothing about the fact the my boyfriend was jumped and beaten by 4 men. Not only did he do nothing he was rude. All we wanted to do was press charges on the men who assaulted my boyfriend and he refused to help us. Now my boyfriend who by the way is a veteran having done 2 tours over seas to defend our country is sitting in the Emergency room with a possible broken face and broken wrist. All Officer Villarreal did was put one of the men involved in the drunk tank. This makes me sick. Aren't police supposed to serve and protect? Officer Villarreal is a perfect example of why people don't like and don't trust the police. I will be filing a formal complaint against him for the way he spoke to me and the way he handled this matter. He is a disgrace to the uniform and needs to be reprimanded for his actions.
