- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Although They Took Mrs.Delia (Hoping I Spelled It Correctly) from The LM To Galveston branch due To a promotion..She Still finds time to help me and Many others who found the pleasure of Banking With Her During Her Teller Position In Lm.. Rather I Had $10.00 - 10,000 in my account, she always treated me the same way..She is very observative, being that on Days when Id Come In & Looked Bothered, she made sure that she spoke extra encouraging words that Would Really help to Turn My Day Around..With The World We Are living in today Acceptable Customer service Is Hard to find..Feels Like Everyone is half a@$ working Only to receive a check.. Not Mrs. Delia though.. She Is Really Heaven Sent & An Expertise In The Customer Service Department As Well As She Gets The Job Done.. Ive only been banking with Coastal for the last 7 years and I can't recall not One Day that seemed frustrated or didnt have a Smile to Share..
